From the weld seam, the high-frequency straight steel pipe weld seam is an irregular saw shaped weld seam, with two types: extruded and serrated. Before leaving the factory, such welds are scraped off and need to be cleaned thoroughly.
There are slight strip-shaped indentations on the appearance of submerged arc welded steel pipes, mainly distributed inside the pipes. The straight seam steel pipes buried in the arc welding fastening seam are arranged neatly, which is superior to the 1-3mm weld seam of the underlying metal.
Before the completion of the factory, the fastening joints will be "polished" and removed according to customer requirements, leaving traces of grinding wheel polishing.
