DORCO mature spiral welded pipe production line: After years of practice and continuous improvement, the technology is mature and reliable, with significant advantages such as stable molding, high degree of automation, low energy consumption, and high production efficiency. The unit provides two modes of production: front swing intermittent production and rear swing continuous production. The rear swing continuous production line is designed specifically for efficient production of oil and gas pipelines.

  • Full process quality inspection: Implement strict batch inspection system. Each batch of steel pipes must undergo comprehensive inspections such as welding seam mechanical properties, chemical composition, fusion condition, steel pipe surface quality, and non-destructive testing.
Key Supporting Testing and Finishing Equipment

Automatic steel pipe hydrostatic testing machine:
Function: Conduct hydrostatic strength test on steel pipes.
Features: Large working stroke, able to apply maximum working force stably throughout the entire stroke; Smooth operation, no significant impact or noise, improved working conditions, and no environmental pollution.
Specification: Pipe diameter covering 20-3500mm; Test pressure range 10-110Mpa.
Compliant with standards: API-5L, API-5CT, BS1387-85, ASTM, GB9711, etc.

Fully automatic flat head chamfering machine:
Function: Used for blunting the end face of steel pipes and processing grooves at specified angles, it is a key equipment in the finishing area of welded pipe production lines.
Specification: Pipe diameter covering 20-3500mm; Wall thickness processing capacity 1-60mm.
Compliant with standards: API-5L, API-5CT, BS1387-85, ASTM, GB9711, etc.

Non destructive testing system:
Online continuous ultrasonic testing: Immediately after welding, 100% non-destructive testing is carried out using an online ultrasonic testing instrument. Automatic alarm and spray marking are triggered upon discovering defects, and operators adjust process parameters in a timely manner based on this.

X-ray steel pipe inspection:
Perform manual ultrasonic and X-ray re examination on the marked areas of ultrasonic testing. If defects are found, they must be repaired and undergo non-destructive testing again until it is confirmed that the defects are completely eliminated. The T-joint section where the strip steel butt weld and spiral weld intersect must undergo X-ray television or film inspection.
