The DORCO D51K CNC vertical ring rolling machine features servo motor drive (through reducer) for rolling feed, significantly reducing temperature influence while improving feed accuracy and stability. The PLC control system monitors the entire machining process according to preset parameters via touch screen interface, achieving precise control through electro-hydraulic proportional valves and encoder feedback.

The system utilizes a grating ruler to actively measure real-time ring size changes during rolling, automatically initiating rounding when preset dimensions are reached.
